Alliance solution: integrated driver-assist sensing and lighting

Proposed jointly by 緯恩工業 and HUSHAN (虎山實業), it combines optics, sensing, structure and manufacturing into modular supply.

Problems addressed

Rising cross-domain integration demands, gaps in complex optics, regulatory and certification pressure, customer demand for modular delivery, and limited large-part capacity.

Cost and efficiency

Modular supply cuts customers’ integration and multi-vendor coordination costs; joint design and manufacturing reduces tooling trials and rework and shortens later programs.

Target markets

The United States (SAE compliance and stable volume delivery) and Europe (ECE lighting requirements).

Use cases

Smart lamp modules linked to sensors, exterior parts supplied as systems, and large parts such as coolant reservoirs and engine covers.

Where the alliance sits in the supply chain

The Automotive Components Alliance covers the supply chain from electronic components, through metal and plastic processing and parts assembly, to the sales channels that reach vehicle makers and the aftermarket. It is written for tier-one and tier-two buyers, aftermarket distributors and investors looking for Taiwanese counterparts. The alliance aims to bring its main companies and their supply chains together into an internationally competitive components base.

It pursues four strategies. Larger members lead smaller ones in a division of labour. Members raise capability to meet automotive qualification thresholds. Members open channels to international vehicle makers. And members develop varied export models. As of 4 November 2026, the TINAI directory lists 65 alliance companies. Ten carry a stock code: six on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and four on the Taipei Exchange.

Automotive electronics and machining

The electronics tier has 12 companies. Its content is vehicle electrical and electronic hardware, not chip design. Wellysun (威力暘電子股份有限公司) develops automotive ECU and HMI modules, designs for functional safety and manufactures in volume. JET Optoelectronics (凱銳光電股份有限公司) makes components for in-vehicle infotainment, telematics and sensing systems. 長輝資訊科技股份有限公司 builds 4G GPS units, dashcams and blind-spot detection systems.

The machining and materials tier has 26 companies and is the largest of the four. Amulaire Thermal Technology (艾姆勒科技股份有限公司) makes cooling modules for electric-vehicle inverters and ADAS. Iron Force (劍麟股份有限公司) makes airbag and seat-belt components. 高茂金屬工業股份有限公司 offers heat treatment such as carburising, quenching and tempering, and normalising. 長鑽科技股份有限公司 provides surface treatment, including chemical and electroplated nickel and precision cleaning. Most companies in this tier are contract processors with a clear process specialty.

Other members show how wide each tier is. In electronics, 中國端子電業股份有限公司 makes car and motorcycle wiring harnesses, instrument panels and position lights, as well as electric-vehicle chargers and parking radar, and LinkCom Manufacturing (聯寶電子股份有限公司) makes inductors, transformers and wireless-charging modules. In machining, 精穩企業有限公司 produces powder-metallurgy parts such as oil-impregnated bearings, and 彰聯精密工業股份有限公司 and Yea Wen Plastic (雅文塑膠股份有限公司) are plastic-mould and injection-moulding shops, the latter with two-shot and gas-assisted capability.

Parts, assemblies and channels

The parts and assemblies tier has 24 companies, spanning powertrain, chassis, body and electrical systems. DEPO (帝寶工業股份有限公司) and 緯恩工業股份有限公司 make vehicle lamps, including headlamps, fog lamps and tail lamps. 靖鎰企業股份有限公司 and Motorpro (富荃工業股份有限公司) focus on steering and suspension parts. 慶達科技股份有限公司 makes automotive and specialty fasteners and exports to more than 30 countries. 欣欣龍精密工業有限公司 makes drive shafts, constant-velocity joints and wheel axles.

The channels tier has 3 companies. 車麗屋汽車百貨股份有限公司 runs a chain of car-accessory stores with retail, wholesale, fitting and servicing. 大吉汽車企業股份有限公司 makes bus and car parts and is also listed in the Digital Industries Alliance. 詮營股份有限公司 provides car-park charging, number-plate recognition and guidance systems. The three are different kinds of business, so a buyer should first establish whether each is a store chain, a manufacturer or a systems provider.

Other parts makers extend the range. iPE (精圓科技股份有限公司) designs high-performance exhaust systems and makes forged magnesium-alloy wheels. 冠榮橡膠企業有限公司 makes rubber chassis parts such as bushings, oil seals and dust covers. SPEC Products (友鋮股份有限公司) supplies automotive fasteners and special nuts. Nong Da Corporation (佟達股份有限公司) makes deep-drawn and stamped parts such as oil pans and differential covers, and runs its own brand. Each is a specialist in a defined part, which suits buyers who know what they need and want to compare named makers. The directory gives their products but not their order sizes, so ask about minimum volumes early.

The sensing and lighting solution

The alliance publishes one fully described solution, with 緯恩工業股份有限公司 and HUSHAN (虎山實業股份有限公司) as participants. HUSHAN makes door handles, automotive cameras and parking radar and sells under its own brand worldwide. The solution addresses five problems: rising barriers to cross-discipline integration, limited capability in complex optical systems, regulatory and certification pressure, supply-chain demand for modular delivery, and limited reach in large-part manufacturing and service.

Its value case is that modular supply cuts the customer's integration and multi-supplier coordination costs, and that joined-up design and manufacturing reduces trial moulds and rework. The target markets are the United States, where compliance under SAE rules and steady volume delivery matter, and Europe, where ECE rules set strict lighting requirements. Use cases include smart lamp modules combined with camera and sensor modules, exterior parts supplied as systems, and large parts such as coolant reservoirs and engine covers.

Using the directory, and its limits

A buyer can start by choosing a tier: electronics for control and communications modules, machining and materials for metal or plastic processing, and parts and assemblies for finished components. Three companies describe production sites in Vietnam: 協鈦科技有限公司, 富惟工業股份有限公司 and 怡業股份有限公司, the last also with a site in China. That may help buyers who want to spread production locations.

There are limits. The alliance page does not state the qualification thresholds in its second strategy, and it names no members already supplying international vehicle makers. The directory carries no certification, capacity or customer data. The headline figures have no stated basis, and the cooperation-case section has no usable content. 浩正智能科技股份有限公司 is placed in the electronics tier, but the source gives no description of its business. Data were captured on 25 September 2026. Carry out due diligence before buying or investing.

Frequently asked questions

Do members hold automotive quality certification?

Neither the alliance page nor the directory lists certification for any company, so this page cannot say. Buyers should request certificates from each company and audit against their own vehicle-maker requirements.

What solutions does the alliance publish?

Only one is fully described: integrated driver-assist sensing and optical lighting, with 緯恩工業 and HUSHAN taking part and the US and Europe as target markets. No other solution has public content.

Which tier covers lamps and steering or suspension parts?

Parts and assemblies. Lamps come from DEPO and 緯恩工業; steering and suspension parts from 靖鎰企業 and Motorpro. Confirm specifications, volumes and supply terms with each company.

Are there members with overseas factories?

Directory descriptions show 協鈦科技, 富惟工業 and 怡業 with sites in Vietnam, and 怡業 also in China. The source gives no site size or capacity, so ask the company.
