Iron Force
Iron Force is listed in the Automotive components alliance.
Airbag and seat-belt safety components
Iron Force's automotive components division makes and exports safety components such as airbag inflators and seat belts, at plants in the Nangang Industrial Park in Nantou and the Luoshe Industrial Park in Zhejiang. The company states that its customers are among the world's five largest vehicle makers, and that its quality target is to accept, make and release no defective products.
The company's founding principle is quality first and innovation in research and development. Its stated mission is sustainable operation and shared growth in a sound environment. The automotive division maintains a strict management system to meet customers' quality requirements.
Quality system and capacity
The company reports having received the National Quality Award and several A-grade supplier awards from global customers. At its mainland China plant it has expanded capacity at customers' request, to replace suppliers and products currently made in Germany, Japan and the United States.
Display racks and household hardware
The second business group handles display racks and household products. It is the company's earliest division, dealing in hangers, display racks and household hardware for export. Customers are concentrated in Europe and North America. Some products come from the company's own plant in mainland China, and others from Taiwanese processing firms. On the supply side of the display-rack business, the company works long-term with Taiwanese processors on a profit-sharing basis. It also acts as agent for domestic and overseas manufacturers in tendering, quotation and distribution.
