Digital Industries Alliance
The Digital Industries Alliance has 36 member companies. It serves software, systems-integration and digital-service firms, and companies looking for digital transformation solutions. This page sets out member capabilities, applications and solutions to help you find partners, with links to research on AI trends.

Vision and strategy
The Digital Industries Alliance pools Taiwan’s core digital capabilities with the aim of exporting system solutions rather than single products. Its strategies: five sub-alliances with clear field specialization; integrated products delivered as system solutions; joint delivery to strengthen export capacity; international partners for local deployment; and a platform that turns opportunities into a regular pipeline.
The official site currently lists one digital-alliance solution, “AI Vision Application”, involving 維田科技 (Aplex) and 慧穩科技.
Company names follow the official site, shortened by dropping legal suffixes. Members are listed by the alliance and are not endorsed by this platform.

Where the alliance sits in the supply chain
The Digital Industries Alliance addresses the digital needs of companies and cities. These include equipment connectivity and data monitoring on the factory floor, internet-of-things applications for cities and communities, retail and e-commerce platforms, cybersecurity, and energy and carbon management. It is written for overseas companies, systems integrators and investors looking for Taiwanese digital partners. The alliance aims to move from exporting single products to exporting system solutions.
It has five strategies: develop five sub-alliances and deepen the division of work by setting; integrate products and export system solutions; work together to strengthen export strength; link with international partners to support local delivery; and run a platform that creates a steady flow of business opportunities. As of 4 November 2026, the TINAI directory lists 36 alliance companies. Eleven carry a stock code, ten on the Taipei Exchange and one on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Smart manufacturing and smart cities
The smart manufacturing tier has 11 companies, from hardware to software. Aplex Technology (維田科技股份有限公司) supplies rugged Edge AI computers and outdoor human-machine interfaces. Litemax Electronics (晶達光電股份有限公司) makes industrial displays and embedded computing, known for sunlight-readable high-brightness screens. MaxAIOT (力學股份有限公司) offers edge computing, machine vision, energy management and mobile work-reporting systems. 鐿叡科技股份有限公司 builds on ERP and adds a light MES, warehouse management and greenhouse-gas inventory services.
The smart cities tier has 7 companies and is more varied. SmaDay Technology (智生活科技股份有限公司) provides smart-community services such as parcel management, door-entry intercoms and community charging points. Rapidtek Technologies (鐳洋科技股份有限公司) designs antennas and tests radio-frequency equipment, with business extending to satellite communications. Taiwan Optical Platform (臺灣數位光訊科技股份有限公司) is a multi-system cable-television operator in central Taiwan, with broadband and media services. The tier also includes network, audio-visual and vehicle-related firms, so buyers should check each product against their need.
Several smart manufacturing members are integrators and software houses, not equipment makers. Iscom Online International Information (采威國際資訊股份有限公司) is an ICT integrator in central Taiwan offering AI, cloud and systems integration, and helps small and medium-sized firms with digital and net-zero transition. 優智能股份有限公司 provides AI-assisted production-management systems and grew out of a research centre at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. 研杰科技股份有限公司 distributes industrial connectivity and security products, including Kepware and Litmus Edge. 唐亞股份有限公司 distributes Domino coding printers and supplies thermal-transfer, laser and vision-recognition marking equipment.
Smart retail and cybersecurity
The smart retail tier has 11 companies and leans towards platforms and services. 3T GDS (三禘券鏈通科技股份有限公司) runs an e-voucher and cross-border travel distribution platform. 點點全球股份有限公司 offers ordering systems, internet-of-things products and city-currency schemes. 鴻享科技股份有限公司 provides cloud integration, AI applications, information security and web and app development, and coaches clients through ISMS and PIMS adoption. ChainSea Information Integration (程曦資訊整合股份有限公司) offers customer-service outsourcing and business-process outsourcing.
The cybersecurity tier has 4 companies. Twister5 (極風雲創股份有限公司) supplies an AI-driven security and AI-governance platform that brings together international security brands. WebComm Technology (偉康科技股份有限公司) provides intelligent security and decision-support solutions. GoTrustID (美商動信安全股份有限公司) supplies authentication keys and credential systems. 智雲科技股份有限公司 provides data-centre, cloud and CDN services, including DDoS protection. Between them they cover protection, identity and infrastructure.
Other smart retail members are web, commerce and software firms. Nineder Technology (耐德科技股份有限公司) operates group-buying, shopping and lifestyle-service platforms. 沐馳數位股份有限公司 integrates website design, software development, e-commerce and CRM solutions. 威納科技股份有限公司 develops custom network and software systems and offers big-data management services. For a buyer, this tier is closer to a list of service providers than to a product supply chain, so the useful test is the provider's track record with comparable clients, which the directory does not report.
Sustainability, and the AI Vision solution
The sustainability tier has 3 companies, all in energy and environmental management. M-Power Information (倍力資訊股份有限公司) offers a carbon-management platform. CloudMile (加雲聯網股份有限公司) provides energy-management and virtual power plant solutions and was founded by a power-systems team. Fenri (富鈞水資股份有限公司) plans water-treatment technology and supplies smart water systems, including a cloud water-supervision platform. Between them they address carbon, electricity and water.
The alliance lists one digital solution, AI Vision Application, with Aplex Technology and 慧穩科技股份有限公司 as participants. Aplex Technology centres on rugged computers and AIoT. 慧穩科技 builds an AI image and data-training platform and offers edge-inference systems and an enterprise AI assistant. Their products fit an edge-computing and AI-vision combination, but the content, specifications and results of the solution itself are not public.
Using the directory, and its limits
Overseas buyers can choose a tier by setting and then read each company's description, because companies within one tier differ widely. For a system deployment, the questions that matter are whether the firm can integrate and support locally, and descriptions usually cover products only. Aplex Technology is also listed in the Semiconductor Localization Alliance, and SENTEC E&E (信通交通器材股份有限公司) and 大吉汽車企業股份有限公司 in the Automotive Components Alliance.
The limits are these. The alliance page's headline figures carry no stated basis, so this page does not use them. The cooperation-case section has no usable content. The solution entry has a title and participants only. One smart retail entry appears in the source as a story brand and not as a conventional company name, and this page does not interpret it. Data were captured on 25 September 2026. Please confirm facts with each company before relying on them.
