Facility systems engineering for semiconductor and optoelectronics plants

Chen Full International Co., Ltd. provides facility systems engineering for high-technology industries. Its work covers facility installation and secondary piping (hook-up) in semiconductor and optoelectronics plants. These jobs sit between plant construction and tool installation, and the customers are chip and optoelectronics manufacturers building or expanding cleanroom facilities. The company's stated strategy is to integrate resources and build markets jointly. Its base is engineering, machinery, precision manufacturing and water-resources treatment, and its stated values are integrity, initiative, innovation and breakthrough.

Precision machining and integrated component manufacturing

The company's precision machining has its roots in aerospace. In 1986 its affiliate ChenFeng began aerospace machining and became a satellite factory for the Ministry of National Defense's aerospace development centre. In October 2020 Chen Full Precision was spun off from the precision division. It supplies aerospace components and is a main component supplier to several optoelectronics and semiconductor equipment makers. Chen Full holds more than 60 per cent of Chen Full Precision. The company began as the parent's precision division and developed its core precision-machining skills into integrated manufacturing of key components.

Automated footwear machinery and a diversified base

Chen Full merged with ChenFeng Industrial in 2006. ChenFeng was founded in 1976 and builds footwear machinery under its own ChenFeng brand, with in-house capability in mechanical design, electrical control, automation and systems integration. Customers span footwear, aerospace, optoelectronics, semiconductors and water resources. ChenFeng handles design, manufacture, assembly, quality assurance, testing and worldwide sales and service for its machinery. Since its founding its stated purpose has been to put more people in good shoes.
